The Wonder of Velcro

Mason has an incredible talent of being able to pull his arms out from the tightest of tight swaddled blankets. We even had the nurses show us in the maternity ward how to wrap him tight and still our little Houdini frees his arms each time. We recently up graded to a snuggle Velcro wrap and have been very happy with the results.

Now his arms no longer flail around, waking himself up sooner than he should be. They are snugly secured with the wonderful invention of Velcro. It seems the Velcro is even stronger enough to fight off even the toughest of escape artist.

I remember when velcro shoes were much more cool than the regular tying kind. Way to go - keep them kids confined as much as possible! :)

I'm pretty much the biggest fan in the world of the swaddler and used it until my little escape artist thought it was a game.

What a great invention! I wish I had this handy "sleep aid". M-looks so content.
