Family Pictures

We LOVE PeekaBoo Photos and have always been thrilled with the results of our photo shots! I'm SO, SO, SO glad Leslie told us about them years ago. Our photos were scheduled at 6 pm and my kiddos are in bed at 6:30 pm and 7pm...., so let's just say it was a great time to 'capture the right light' but a HORRIBLE time to capture the goodness of my sweet children. The entire 2 hours, both kids were all over the place.., squirming.., and crying.., and wiggling.., and what every else you could think of. Our poor photographer got more than a work out chasing after these guys. I was hoping for 'just one good family shot'. That's all I really wanted. The CD came yesterday in the mail and I was more than shocked to find so many that I just love! Oh.., and I forgot to mention that Miss Maya had a black eye in these pictures. Still not sure what happened.., but I LOVE photoshop!

Cowabunga Bay

I took Mason to Cowabunga Bay for his cousin Hannah's birthday party. He completely loved it! Mason and Rachel chill'in pool side.This kid LOVES cupcakes!

Fourth of July

We spent a quite 4th of July with the Bishops, lots of food and even more fireworks. Maya and Maddy played for a secondAll I wanted was one good shot and as soon as the camera came out, all their cuteness left.Holiday pictures..., why do I continue to attempt these?!?!?!Love Maya's disgusted face..., she's so done with her mom at this point. I also adore my son..., he's a good trooper most days.The fireworks came out. Mason was initially all about helping this out with these.Last years tank blows up in my boys faces! I'm still in shock they can both hear anything after that noise.Mason was a bit gun shy with the sparkle after the tank incident. He wouldn't even hold it.

Burley

We heading up to one of my favorite small towns last week to get out of the city and spend a little family time with Dan's brother and his crew. My camera battery died and I of course forgot my charger..., so there's not lots of photos to document that we were actually there. Non the less.., We had a fabulous time! We laughed.., played with the newest batch of kittens...., ate at our favorite Mexican with out the kids (thanks Connor!)..., lounged around....., swam..., boated....., laughed some more...., ate some more......, Mason tubed for the first time with out his mom on the tube and just his cousins (and yes.., I about freaked out the entire time he was out there!) ...., spent one morning at the 4th of July parade in town....., laughed a bit more and then finished with eating a little more..., mmmm, I love Stokes doughnuts! Thanks Idaho O's for letting us crash at your place! Love you guys!
..., and, yes.., Dan's shirt DOES say 'kiss me I'm Mexican'. I love my Mexican!

I love, love, love the kiddie pool they have down town. It's free for the kids. Mason and Maya LOVED it. Maya pitched a fit when it was time to leave.
