Halloween Wreath
So I got these at the Dollar Store today. Have I mentioned that I LOVE the Dollar Store??? Anyway..., for $4, I made these.......,
I did spray them to avoid any bugs getting to them, but I'm pretty sure they will be a one season only kind of decoration. I do wish I could take credit for thinking of these clever wreaths, but yet again, I found it on a blog...., I tried to find it to link it to my post, but it's disappeared.

I LOVE this man!!!!
Gene Simmons tongue and all!
5 of my memorable memories with Mr. Dan Dan
.., in no particular order...,
1. Watching him hold Mason for the first time. We were at the old Cottonwood Hospital. I was laying the the table being stitched up and he walked over to me with our little guy. You could see his instant love for our family in his eyes that minute.
2. Rolling on the floor with our kiddos and laughing with them. He reads books to them over and over. He plays cars and trains with them and has even been known to occasionally play dolls. And I love it! Hearing all my family laugh gives me the best feeling in the world.
3. 4th of July 2010 when a firework practicaly blew up in his face. He was laughing so hard it made us all laugh hysterically as well.
4. Our trip to Mexico 2007 and the complete fiasco it was trying to get there. We laugh about it now, but we sure weren't laughing then. I am SO glad I had Dan to go through that with. He was calm.., ok..., not so much, but we got what we needed and finally got to Mexico to the grandparents.
5. And my person best, the way he looked at me when he saw me walking down the hall to meet him on our wedding day.

Happy Anniversay Babe!!! I love you lots!!!

Maya LOVES her books
How stinking cute is it to walk in to a room and find this????Maya LOVES her books. She'll be in her room for 30 minutes at a time looking at books. I also think it's pretty darn cute that she climbs into her to chair to read the books.

Gardener Village
If you haven't been to Gardener Village during Halloween time, it is a must do this season! I've been several time but never to the Witches thing they do during this time of year. We took the kids this past Friday and they loved it. The petting zoo was Maya's favorite spot. She was pretty good with the animals.
Witches were all over the place, including on the walls and in the sky. We found out later that they give you a check list and if you find all the witches, you get a donut when you turn in the list. Pretty cool..., but we just did our own thing.
So I had to put this picture in of Mason, because who dresses this kid?!?!?! Nice sweat shirt tucked in to his undies! Thankfully, he had just came out of the bathroom, so he hadn't walked around too long like this.

This is how Maya was with each witch, She stood in awe. They are pretty cool. Maya trying to remove her brothers hand from around her. I want to make these! They are HUGE stumps and SO so SO so cool! I bet they were about 2 1/2 to 3 feet in diameter. I asked Dan to go cut me some stumps from up the canyon and he said 'no'. Can you believe that?!?!?!

Royce & Molly
One of my girlfriends recently started in to photography and just barely started her own company, Royce & Molly. She wanted more practice with kiddos and so yesterday we got up at the crack of dawn to give her some. I figured if she could shoot my kiddos, then she'll be able to shoot any child. Mason was great and pretty much did what ever we asked..., Maya..., well.., let's just say she kept us running. I'm pretty impressed with the shots and can't wait to see the rest of the bunchDo you love Maya's puckered 'kiss'??? It's candy...., love that girl! I love this one of Maya.
Thanks Jessika!!!! Hope my kiddos weren't too much for you!
